Report on the court hearing of Human right activist Salomon Wantchoucou on the 3rd of June 2013 in the Administrative court of Halle (Saale)
The Judge Mr. Harms follows the intentional false allegations, accusations of the foreign office of Lutherstadt Wittenberg so as to be able to justify the denial of Salomon's legal rights and existence.
Without concrete investigation, the Judge, who was by the party of the foreign office, instead of him been independent, interpreted the law negatively, by rejecting the paragraph demanded (25, 5) in favor of the foreign office of Lutherstadt Wittenberg.
Salomon Wantchoucou declared his real official data since 2001 to (BAMF), but they intentionally, without any further legal interrogation or hearing, sent Salomon Wantchoucou to the Benin embassy 2003 by the foreign office, contributing in putting his life in danger.
They formulated the following:
“Bereits in Dezember 2002 wurde der Kläger vom Beklagten aufgefordert , sich zwecks Beschaffung von Heimreisdokumenten an die Botschaft seines Heimatlandes zu wenden. Bei einer Vorführung im März 2003 vor der Beninschen Boschaft konnte eine Beninische Staatsangehörigkeit nicht festgestellt warden, da der Kläger sehr schlecht französische, aber relative gutes englisch sprach. Vermutet wurde eine Herkunft aus Ghana Order Nigeria.”

They declared his Birth certificate as false, so as to be able to justify their abuse mentioned above, despite the fact that Salomon Wantchoucou is innocent.
They even tried to justify the reason of not recognising a legal demand and negative response, relating to the demand of salomon wantchoucou to the Benin Embassy to attestiffy his nationality.
“Das Gericht verwiest in diesem Zusammenhang noch einmal daraufhin, dass er Kläger selbst in der Hand hat, seinen Mitwirkungspflicht nachzukommen . Die Erteilung einer Aufenthaltserlaubnis ist nach einem entsprechenden Verhalten des Klägers durchaus möglich. Der Beklagten wird bei der weiteren Prüfung die Frage in den Blick zu nehmen haben , ob der Kläger nicht staatenlos ist.”
All these abuses contribute to intesify the post trauma.
We demand a legal protection to Salomon wantchoucou and stop institutional abuses. Stop destroying his life in the name of law.
