More than ten years in repressions in Wittenberg , is enough now!

More than Ten years in repression is enough in Wittenbeg , (Sachsen – Anhalt.) without Private house, working permission and resident permission for so many years in Wittenberg, Sachsen Anhalt.

The competent authority in charge of refugee affairs in Wittenberg, Sachsen-Anhalt their strategy is contributing in destroying the perspectives and future of innocent refugees with the following reasons;

Repressions in the sense that some of the civil servants being proud of opposing all refugees right of existence in the name of law through negative interpretation instead of showing solidarity, despite the fact that some of these refugees were totally innocent.

Repression in the sense of interdicting these innocent refugee not to work for all the time spent for many years at the same time some were been forced to voucher (Gutschein), reduction of social assistance even though that these refugees prefer to be working so as to be able to be independent of the social assistance.

Repression in the sense of excluding refugees out of the society by obliging refugees to stay in rural villages, in an Asylum Camp called Möhlau for many years where some of German citizens would not prefer to stay, making it impossible and highly difficult refugees to integrate themselves in the society.

Repression in the sense that refugees were been opposed restriction of movement (Resdentpflicht) for many years not to freely go where they want to go without reporting and taking permission from the competent authority. If not some refugees were been heavily fined although they knew that these refugees do not have any means of income.

Repression in the sense that innocent refugees were been permanently intimidated with deportation treats without considering many years spent in repression and they knew that no refugee should be sent to a country where he or she would face death,or his life and freedom would be in danger. Paving way to mental sicknesses, traumatizes etc.

Repression to innocent refugees who are stateless and have no legal state protections any where and the competent authority knew very well that every country has his or her nationality laws that protect its citizens. And that these stateless refugee should not be obliged to falsify a document of a country to satisfy the demand of the competent authority.

Repression in the sense of using Cooperation as a strategy of having an excuse to deny refugees their right to work, their right to resident permission, their right to legal existence at the same time trying to justify their repression despite the fact that some refugees have proven their innocent by presenting their birth registration certificate, birth certificate, etc. and were not criminals. Without considering cooperation limit by demanding what is impossible to be possible.

Repression in the sense of denying innocent refugees to open a simple bank account, of driving license, of professional studies etc in Wittenberg, so as to avoid refugees not to be creative and independent despite the fact that these refugees had proven where they come from.

Basing on all these mentioned repressive mechanisms towards innocent refugees in Wittenberg, Sachsen-Anhalt that are contributing in destroying the talents, perspectives and professions of innocent refugees in Wittenberg. We denounce and express our feelings and sufferings, that we refugees are facing and confronting in the local government of Wittenberg, Sachsen-Anhalt in this modernized and globalized world of today

We demand the federal office of refugees and migration Sachsen-Anhalt , the Administrative Council of Sachsen-Anhalt, The administrative council Wittenberg to take a positive position so as to be able to regularize all refugees that have fulfill all the necessary requirement and still have been with “Dulden” status for many years in Wittenberg, to accorde them private houses to all, working permission to all, etc
