It is already proven: Oury Jalloh – He was murdered!

This means:
10 years of constitutional protection of the murderers of Oury Jalloh

It means at the same time:
10 years of criminalization of those, who resist against racist terror of the state

On January 7, 2005 Oury Jalloh burns in the cell number 5 of the police station Dessau in Wolfgangstraße. Very fast the entire body of Oury Jalloh is in flames. His hands and feet are chained to the ground. He lies on a fire resistant mattress in a fully tiled cell. The fire is so strong that the fingers of his left hand carbonize to ashes.

Shortly thereafter, the state persecutor of Dessau explained to the bewildered public that Oury Jalloh must have lit the fire by himself and thus committed suicide. The family of Oury Jalloh and initiatives requested an immediate expertise as they could never believe how someone could burn so badly and carbonize without using additional fuel or other combustive agent. But not only the state persecutors, also the courts involved and experts engaged, either avoided or maliciously blocked any effort in substantial investigations. They obsessively confined their legal imagination down to the least possible but still one and only hypothesis. Over the last ten years investigative, prosecuting and legal authorities and bodies had to ignore and cover up indicative traces and furthermore exclude, destroy and manipulate evidence as far as collective falsification of testimonies of (police) witnesses. All courts up to highest levels distorted themselves beyond justice over these last ten years as to officially rule on something that could never ever have happened. They just had to obstruct official confirmation about what really happened on January 7th in 2005 in police cell number 5 of Dessau.

Es ist längst bewiesen: Oury Jalloh – das war Mord!

Das bedeutet:
10 Jahre rechtsstaatlicher Schutz der Mörder von Oury Jalloh

Das heißt aber auch:
10 Jahre Kriminalisierung derjenigen, die den Widerstand gegen rassistischen Staatsterror nicht aufgeben

Am 7. Januar 2005 verbrennt Oury Jalloh in der Zelle Nr. 5 im Dessauer Polizeirevier in der Wolfgangstraße. In kurzer Zeit steht der gesamte Körper von Oury Jalloh in Flammen. Die Hände und Füße von Oury Jalloh sind am Boden angekettet. Er liegt auf einer feuerfesten Matratze in einer vollständig gefliesten Zelle. Das Feuer ist so stark, dass die Finger der linken Hand durch die Hitze vollständig wegbrennen.

Die Dessauer Staatsanwaltschaft erklärte der staunenden Öffentlichkeit bereits kurz darauf, Oury Jalloh hätte sich selbst verbrannt. Die Familie von Oury Jalloh und Initiativen forderten sofort ein Brandgutachten, weil sie nicht nachvollziehen konnten, wie ein Mensch ohne zusätzliche Brennstoffe so verbrennen, so verkohlen kann. Nicht nur die Staatsanwaltschaft, sondern alle beteiligten Gerichte und alle staatlich eingesetzten Experten vermieden und blockierten bisher jegliche ergebnisoffene Untersuchung, um die unwahrscheinlichste aller Hypothesen aufrechterhalten zu können. Ermittlungsbehörden und Gerichte haben in den letzten 10 Jahren gezielt Spuren ignoriert oder vertuscht, Beweismittel verworfen, vernichtet und manipuliert und Polizeizeugen kollektive Falschaussagen eingetrichtert, um die selbst geschaffene Lüge vor der Öffentlichkeit zu stützen. In diesen letzten 10 Jahren verrenkten sich Gerichte durch alle Instanzen, um etwas offiziell zu verkünden, was so nie stattgefunden haben kann. Es soll nicht offiziell bestätigt werden, was am 7. Januar 2005 in Dessau tatsächlich verbrochen worden ist.
